Year 11 Parents’ Mock Exam Results Evening
Parents’ Evening Monday 12th January 2026, 15:30-19:00
We will be emailing a copy of your child’s mock results on Monday 5th January in advance of Year 11 Parents’ Evening which will be held in school on Monday 12th January. Bookings for this Parents’ Evening are now open on SchoolCloud. This is perhaps the most important Parents’ Evening of a child’s secondary education and is an opportunity for you to understand and really engage with the final preparations needed for success in every subject. When the Year 11 students return in January, they will only have 16 school weeks left until the GCSE exams begin.
This Parents’ Evening will be face to face in school and all teachers are looking forward to having conversations in person and discussing your child’s performance in their Mock Exams. Appointments will be available from 15:30-19:00.
As a school we believe that strong lines of communication are crucial and we really want to provide you with the best possible experience in supporting your child. You will be responsible for making the appointment with the teacher (via the platform) and when you have done this you will then receive a confirmation email.
Appointments can be made from now and will close on Monday 12th January at 14:00. If you wish to make any changes after this date, please contact the school office at info@boteler.org.uk .
In response to the feedback we received following Parents’ Evenings last year, a popular request was to provide the location of subjects prior to the evening to assist with making bookings. This way time is not lost and appointments missed caused by travelling between locations.
