Introduction of New School Uniform Supplier – Touchline
Dear Parents and Carers,
I am writing to formally introduce our new school uniform supplier, Touchline. We are very pleased to be working in partnership with them, and they are fully committed to providing a high-quality and reliable service for all of our families.
A key priority for me is to ensure that school uniform remains as affordable as possible, and I am very mindful of the financial commitment this can represent. Touchline will be offering a range of options, including bundled items, to help reduce overall costs and make purchasing more manageable. You may also notice that some items do not include the Boteler crest; this is a deliberate decision to help keep prices as cost-effective as possible.
The only change to our uniform is the introduction of a new style of school skirt. While this may not be immediately apparent from images, the new design is of a higher quality, with a more vibrant colour and an improved fit. Feedback from both student and parent pilot groups has been extremely positive, which has been very encouraging.
I would also like to reassure you that the Uniform Shop in town will continue to stock our uniform, including the new skirt and the special offer bundles available through Touchline.
If you are purchasing a new skirt from this point onwards, please ensure that you select the new style, as this will become compulsory for all students from September 2026. Skirts must be knee length. If a skirt is purchased that is too short, a new skirt will need to be purchased.
Uniform can be viewed and purchased via the following link:

Touchline will also be offering a number of incentives for our families:
- Special offer uniform bundles to help reduce costs
- An additional 5% discount for all parents and carers from Friday 24th April 2026 until the end of May 2026 (use code STB5, available online and in-store)
- Free home delivery for all Sir Thomas Boteler Church of England High School orders until the end of September 2026
- A series of competitions throughout the year, beginning with a Facebook prize draw running from 24th April to 29th May 2026, with a £100 uniform voucher available to win
In addition, Touchline will be hosting dedicated events for our school community, including specialist in-store evenings and pop-up shops both in-store and on-site. These will provide opportunities for students, parents, and carers to view, try on, and purchase uniform, with further offers available on these occasions.
For our new Year 7 students and their families, Touchline will also be present at our transition events to offer support and guidance. However, you are very welcome to visit them directly at any time should this be more convenient.
My aim is to provide you with as much notice and flexibility as possible to support forward planning. Over the coming weeks, we will continue to share further updates about our partnership with Touchline, including additional offers and opportunities, through the Head’s Herald.
Thank you, as always, for your continued support.
Yours faithfully
Mrs B Scott-Herron
Headteacher
