Sharon Brammeier was appointed to the Governing Body in October 2015. Although a new governor at Sir Thomas Boteler she has extensive governance experience having served on the governing body of Carr Mill Primary School in St Helens for twelve years, nine of them in the capacity of Chair of Governors.

Sharon currently works for Wigan Council where she manages the Governor Services team.

Sharon is a member of St Peter’s Church in Newton le Willows where she is the Sunday School Co-ordinator and the Children’s safeguarding officer.
